Ask The Lawyer

The Jacksonville Branch NAACP is excited o introduce the “Ask The Lawyer” program as new services to its members and citizens of the
city of the city of Jacksonville. Once a month an attorney will be onsite
at the branch office to give advice and counsel on legal issues Free
of Charge!

Volunteers from some of the most prominent law firms in Jacksonville
will participate, donating their time and resources to help the community. “Ask The Lawyer’’ will take place once a month for a full day. Citizens interested in using this service should visit the Jacksonville Branch NAACP office every 3rd Thursday of the month between the hours of 10:00am-4:00pm no appointments necessary.

The scope of he free consultations will range from:

• Employment Issues
• Contracts, Including Mortgages And Loans
• Probate, Conservatorship & Guardianship
• Rivers License Suspensions
• Social Security Disability & Medicare
• Bankruptcy & Debt Collections
• Divorce, Custody 7 Child Support
• And, Credit Cards & Identity Theft
